Multi-Unit General Manager
Cape Coral, FL 33909
From $58K a year
About this job
Multi-Unit Operations Manager over 2 locations
We're looking for an experienced operator to lead two high-volume retail food locations. You'll report directly to the owner and be responsible for the day-to-day performance of both stores, from the back of house to the bottom line. This is a leadership role for someone who likes running a tight operation and also wants to help grow the business beyond the four walls.
What you'll do
Oversee daily operations at both locations, making sure standards for product quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest experience are met every shift.
Own ordering and inventory: forecast needs, place orders, manage vendor relationships, control waste, and keep food costs on target.
Manage labor: build schedules to sales forecasts, control labor costs, and approve payroll.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop managers and team members, and build a strong bench of leaders.
Track and report on key numbers like sales, labor percentage, food cost, and waste, and act on what the numbers say.
Drive local marketing, including community events, social media, and in-store promotions to grow traffic.
Build and grow off-site sales such as catering, corporate orders, pop-ups, and event booths, including outreach to local businesses.
Make sure both stores stay compliant with health, safety, and labor regulations.
What we're looking for
3+ years of management experience in food service, QSR, or retail; multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record managing P&L drivers: labor, inventory, and food cost.
Strong leader who can hold a team accountable while keeping morale high.
Comfortable with scheduling, POS, and inventory systems, plus spreadsheets.
Sales-minded, comfortable reaching out to local businesses and representing the brand at events.
Flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and travel between locations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
