restaurants.work is run by R&r Marketing Solutions, Inc. ("R&r," "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What restaurants.work is

restaurants.work lists restaurant jobs from employers and their hiring software. We aren't the employer for any job listed, we don't collect or review applications, and we don't take part in hiring decisions. When you apply, you finish your application on the employer's own site, under their terms.

For job seekers

• The site is free to use, and you don't need an account.
• We check listings before they go live and take down jobs when they close, but employers write their listings and are responsible for them. We can't promise that a job is still open, that its details are complete or accurate, or that you'll hear back after applying.
• "Verified" means a listing came from the employer or their hiring software and passed our checks. It isn't a guarantee about the employer or the job.
• Never send money, bank details or your Social Security number to get a job. If a listing looks wrong, use "Report this job" on its page or email restaurantjobs@rrmarketing.solutions.

For employers

• Listings must be for real, open restaurant jobs, and must follow the law, including equal employment opportunity, pay transparency and fair chance hiring laws where the job is located.
• Where a state or city requires it, a listing must include a pay range, a description of benefits or an application close date. We hold listings that don't have what the law requires until it's added.
• You confirm that you have the right to post the jobs and content you send us (including logos and photos), and you let us display them on restaurants.work and in search engines and job sites that read our listings.
• We may edit how a listing is shown (for example, formatting or pay display), and we may decline, hold or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Paid postings, upgrades and company pages are described on the For employers page. Jobs advertised through R&r campaigns follow your agreement with R&r.

Using the site

Please don't:

• Post false, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful content, or impersonate someone else.
• Copy, scrape or harvest listings or other content in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to get into parts of it you aren't allowed into.
• Use the site to send spam or to collect information about other people.

Our content

The restaurants.work name, logo, design and software belong to R&r. Job listings and employer logos belong to the employers who provided them. Location search uses postal code data from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0).

Links to other sites

The site links to employers' hiring sites and other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Disclaimers

The site and listings are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, R&r isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a job listing, an employer's actions or a hiring decision. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
