For restaurant employers

Hire people who want to work in restaurants.

restaurants.work is a job board built only for restaurant roles — servers, cooks, bartenders, hosts, dish and managers. Your openings sit next to other restaurant jobs, in front of people searching for exactly that.

How it works

1

Send us your jobs

Post openings one at a time, or send a job feed from your applicant tracking system and we'll keep it in sync.

2

We check and publish them

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and closed jobs come down so candidates only see real openings.

3

Candidates apply your way

The Apply button sends people to your own application, so applicants land in the system you already use.

What's included

Every job starts as a $35 listing. Upgrade the roles you need filled fast to Hiring urgently for $60, or contact us about a company page.

Questions

How do candidates apply?

The Apply button on each listing goes to your own application page or applicant tracking system. We don’t collect applications on your behalf.

Can you pull jobs from our applicant tracking system?

Yes. Any applicant tracking system works, as long as it can provide an XML feed of your jobs. Send us the feed and we’ll import it and keep your listings in sync as jobs open and close.

How long does a listing stay up?

Each posting runs for 2 weeks. To keep a job up longer, post it again for another 2 weeks, at the same price as a new posting.

Do I have to include pay?

In states that require pay in job postings, yes. We won’t post a job there until it has a pay range, plus a benefits description or application close date where the state requires them. If your feed is missing something, your dashboard shows what to add. For tipped jobs, list the base wage before tips.

How are the homepage Hiring urgently spots chosen?

There are 8 spots. They go to Hiring urgently jobs from the employers with the most active sponsored jobs on the site. Every Hiring urgently job gets the urgent label and your logo in search results either way.

Will I see how my posting did?

Yes. When a posting ends we email you its results: impressions (how many times it was shown in search results), views (how many times someone opened it) and apply clicks (how many times someone clicked Apply and went to your application).

What does “verified” mean?

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and jobs that have closed are taken down.

Can I feature some jobs and not others?

Yes. Hiring urgently placement is set job by job, so you can feature the roles that are hardest to fill.
