Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assisting GM to ensure that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times

• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively

• Leading the shift and being a role model for all crew

• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed

• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy

• Various other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous restaurant leadership experience
• Food, beverage and cleanliness knowledge with ability to hold team to standards
• Proven leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach and reinforce standards
