We're looking for a strong, motivated leader to join our Sidewalk family!

We're a fast-paced, locally owned coffee and bagel shop, and we need someone who can lead by example, take ownership, and keep our team running smoothly—even on the busiest days.

☕ Can you confidently lead, motivate, and hold a team of 10+ employees accountable?

☕ Do you have the flexibility to work any shift during our operating hours, including opening and closing?

☕ Can you juggle multiple responsibilities, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure?

☕ Can you consistently deliver high standards in customer service, team performance, cleanliness, and daily operations?

☕ Are you someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done?

What we're looking for:

• Previous leadership or management experience in food service, coffee shops, or restaurants appreciated but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude

• The ability to coach employees and lead by example

• Someone who isn't afraid to jump in and work alongside their team

• A commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences every single day

• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays

• Must be available to work BOTH Saturdays and Sundays

Sidewalk Coffee & Bagel Co. is a locally owned, family-operated coffee shop in Queen Creek, Arizona, built on a love for great coffee, fresh food, and bringing people together.

Since opening in 2021, we've become a neighborhood gathering place where strangers become friends and regulars feel like family. We're known for our hand-rolled, boiled, and freshly baked bagels, specialty coffee from locally owned Peixoto Coffee, creative seasonal drinks, and delicious breakfast and lunch offerings.
