What you’ll do

• Direct daily operations for the Front of House while supporting overall restaurant success

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across front-of-house roles (including order taking, cash management, leading shifts, bagging, and window)

• Create and support training plans to help new team members learn key positions and expectations

• Support food safety standards and stay aligned with ServSafe and company requirements

• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A standards in all areas of operation

• Model a strong commitment to customer care, cleanliness, organization, and personal accountability

• Help promote a safe, positive, and productive work atmosphere

Required qualifications & experience

• Restaurant leadership experience (preferred)

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen or operations environment (preferred)

• Completed a four-year degree and/or relevant leadership experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age by the hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Ability to safely use restaurant equipment and tools, including pans and pots
• Ability to navigate shelving areas and retrieve items safely at both high and low levels
• Must have the ability to read, write, and perform basic math, with strong verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable working in a hot, noisy, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Must have the mobility needed to move throughout the kitchen and restaurant during shifts
• Must be able to stay productive and respectful while working under pressure
• Must respond quickly and efficiently to changes or edits to orders
• Prior kitchen leadership experience is required
