Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, excels at team development, and is committed to maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including dining room, host stand, and bar service.

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.

• Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.

• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a positive and timely manner.

• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and overall dining room appearance.

• Create and manage staff schedules.

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations.

• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and alcohol service laws.

• Support special events, large parties, and peak service periods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume dining environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing FOH inventory and placing orders
• Excellent guest recovery and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
