Kitchen Manager (PM) – Loretta’s Last Call

Location: Salem, NH | Tuscan Village

Loretta’s Last Call is coming to Salem, NH! We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our opening team at our new Tuscan Village location.

We're seeking a strong leader who is passionate about great food, kitchen organization, and developing a successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new restaurant opening and help establish the standards and culture of our kitchen from day one.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
Develop and maintain kitchen systems, procedures, and accountability.
Work closely with the General Manager and front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service.
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of food costs, labor management, and inventory controls.
Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable.
Experience maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
