Job Title: Kitchen Assembly & Prep Cook

Location: Kansas City, MO (Country Club Plaza)

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Night shift

• Weekend, Sunday, and Monday availability required

• Holiday availability required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to standard recipes, plating guides, and portion controls.

• Complete daily prep tasks following FIFO inventory rotation practices.

• Maintain line sanitation, temperature logs, and health code safety standards.

• Perform opening, routine maintenance, and closing checklists for efficient shift flow.

• Assist teammates across line and prep stations during peak service volumes.

Qualifications:

• Prior kitchen, line cook, or prep experience preferred.

• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a high-volume environment.

• Strong attention to detail regarding food safety, sanitation, and presentation.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended shifts.
