As a closing kitchen team member, you will play an important role in preparing fresh, high-quality food and ensuring our kitchen is serving guests well during our dinner hours.

What You’ll Do

Prepare fresh food according to Chick-fil-A standards.

Set up and prepare the kitchen for daily operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work as part of a team to deliver quality food with speed and accuracy.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every shift.

Required Availability

You MUST be available to work from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM to be considered for this position.

This is a closing kitchen position, and reliable late evening availability is a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must have Friday and Saturday availability
• Must be available from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
