Cup of Joe Cafes is excited to be operating the Starbucks at The Home Depot’s headquarters, and we’re looking for friendly, guest-focused Baristas to join our team.

Our guests are thousands of Home Depot associates who start their mornings with us, fuel up before meetings, and come back in the afternoon. They’re regulars, and you’ll know them by name and by drink. As a Barista, you’re the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Craft every drink right. Make Starbucks beverages and food to recipe and brand standard, every order, every time.

• Make guests feel taken care of. A warm welcome and a genuine connection are what bring people back.

• Own your station. Keep it clean, stocked, and ready for the rush.

• Keep it safe. Follow all food safety and handling procedures.

• Have your team’s back. Support your Shift Lead and teammates, and step in wherever you’re needed.

• Be someone your team can count on. Show up consistently and bring positive energy.

• Welcome new teammates. Help train new partners as you grow in your role.

• Stay curious. The more you know about the menu, the craft, and the brand, the better every interaction gets.

No coffee or café experience? No problem. We’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What You’ll Get

Pay

• $14–$15/hr base plus tips

• Quarterly bonuses for attendance and standards

• $500 bonus for earning Coffee Master certification

Requirements

• 18 or older

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Available for a mix of morning, midday, and closing shifts, including weekends

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Food handler certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

• Comfortable with Starbucks appearance standards: solid black top, black or khaki bottoms, slip-resistant shoes. Apron provided, and the full dress code is shared at interview.
